Dmitry Lutsenko has decided to withdraw from the Board of Directors of Mirax Group Corporation. As of today, he will no longer be managing the operating activities of the Corporation. His functions and authorities have been transferred to board member Maksim Temnikov.

Dmitry Lutsenko joined the Mirax Group Corporation in 2002. Until 1 October 2006 he worked as Financial Vice President. Thanks to Dmitry Lutsenko's competent financial policy, the Corporation has successfully entered the international capital market and switched to the US GAAP standards.

Dmitry Lutsenko is the winner of Building Awards 2006, the first national prize for innovations in real estate, in the category "Professional of the Year. Financial Policy".
